My spouse and I were in a taut spot driving down Jefferson frantic looking for a car wash because we’d just spilled white paint in the bed of his truck. A nice kid was outside washing cars here and let us use his pressure washer to attempt and get it off. He saved the day like a Good Samaritan! Gravely you don’t find nice people like that much here days! Way to hire a nice guys enterprise. And thank you so much.

The customer service was excellent at the Jefferson location. However their vehicles are not maintained. Anyone that has used soap on a vehicle can see a difference inbetween hosed down and washed.

The vehicle we received was clearly hosed down. I asked the rep if the vehicle was cleaned and he assured me by telling it was cleaned the day before. There was pollen and bird poo on it yet he used the excuse of it getting washed the day before why there’s pollen. Also the inwards is gross, this vehicle has NOT been detailed. It doesn’t take much to use an attachment on a vacuum, dump tire shine, or use an armor wipe. Also cutting corners by putting water in the washer fluid container is ridiculous. Your detailer should be embarrassed bc it shows laziness and lack of care for his job.

I’ll be informing Geico of this locations practice before booking a reservation for their clients.

We use this enterprise location regularly. The weekend deal from Friday thru Monday is almost one of those too good to be true prices. I can tell you having booked many of the weekend rentals it is legit. One is the few dependable deals that quality isn’t sacrificed in exchange for a lower rate. I sometimes take advantage of the weekend deal just to keep mileage low on my private car when a journey is in the schedule. They have always had what I reserved and the occasional free upgrade make this my five starlet go to rent-a-car location.

The customer service was good however the fleet of vehicles are poorly maintained. I was suggested a dirty vehicle. The outside was dirty and the inwards was total of pet hair. I had to wait for a 2nd vehicle to be cleaned and it smelled like smoke after the cleaning. Many of the vehicles on the lot were dirty on the outside and Casey BMW should be ashamed to suggest their customers a vehicle from the Newport News Jefferson Ave location.

Was given a rental through my dealership and had no problems. This location is understaffed, however, as three or four customers cause the staff to be focused which caused a wait of about 10-15 minutes. Only one person was performing the shuttle service and I was fortunate to have arrived when I did.

The staff was enormously helpful and nice. I would undoubtedly use this enterprise store again in the future. They were very accommodating!

The only thing pleasant about this practice what’s when I walked through the door I was greeted with a smile but soon after that our representatives attitude soon switched while getting frustrated with my reservation. He soon pulled the car around and we both did a walk around the car together, everything I’m pointing out he just says "you don’t need to worry about that." The entire front grill was missing how does that not matter. The inwards of the car was horrible all the seats were stained with God knows what, and had a awful smell after asking for a different vehicle he tells me that there is nothing available Once I left with the car the car had a crazy pull to the left I had to drive this way for VA to CT hopefully I never have to use that enterprise again.

I rented from Enterprise at this location. I drove the car without incident for three days, then returned the car. I noticed several days later on my credit card that I was charged an extra $250 dollars. I called Enterprise to inquire about the charge, and was informed that a chunk of the bumper of the car was "draping off." I was not contacted about this harm when I returned the car.
