Two Die and Others are Injured in Accident South of Fort Scott, – KOAM TV 7

Two Oklahoma residents are killed in a crash six miles south of Fort Scott on Saturday.

A vehicle driven by Geoffry Kyser of Miami, Oklahoma, sideswiped the Shaw family’s car. It spun and was struck in the passenger side door by a 3rd vehicle.

That killed Mandy Shaw, 31, of Park Hill, Oklahoma. Her spouse and eight year old daughter suffered disabling injuries and another passenger in the car, Michael Joe Perry was injured.

The driver of the car that hit the Shaws, Jacob Harold Perry, 31, was also killed.

Another passenger in his car, Sequoia Slater of Welch was hospitalized.
