Brabus, the German tuning house responsible for some of the most hair-raising land rockets, has a fresh creation in store for the Geneva motor display, one that is likely to rule its lineup for some time. The tuner has taken the Mercedes-Benz S63 AMG coupe and has dialed the horsepower and torque output well past 11, as is its custom-made.
The stock S63 AMG coupe has never been accused of falling brief in the spectacle department, but that hasn’t stopped Brabus before. The coupe from Stuttgart already produces five hundred seventy seven hp and six hundred sixty four lb-ft of torque, enough to send it from zero to sixty mph in just Trio.9 seconds and to cause a slight wobble in the Earth’s gravitational field.
Brabus’ tuned version, on the other palm, produces eight hundred fifty hp and eight hundred forty eight lb-ft of torque, with the torque spectacle actually dialed down electronically from 1,049 lb-ft to permit the engine and transmission to go on living. This isn’t the very first time that Brabus has had to take a brief step back after taking two steps forward when it comes to the torque output, but the result is still eye-watering with a zero to sixty mph time of Trio.Five seconds and a top speed of two hundred seventeen mph, with one hundred twenty four mph appearing on the speedometer in just 9.Four seconds.

Brabus turns the Mercedes-Benz E63 AMG up to eight hundred fifty hp
While other German tuners’ cars sometimes response questions no one asked, Mercedes-Benz tuning house Brabus has tended to reaction questions that many were too panicked to ask. One such question was: what .

How did Brabus accomplish this? Very first, the Five.5-liter twin-turbocharged V8 was bored out to just bashful of 6.0 liters, or Five,912cc to be exact. The tuning house then added a pair of its own turbochargers, also adding a fresh intake module, harass manifolds, and a specially programmed ECU. The seven-speed automatic transmission and the 4Matic all-wheel drive system are just about the only major components to carry over from the stock Mercedes-Benz AMG version.
Brabus’ 217-mph top speed quote is also a self-limiting spectacle stat; the company knows the coupe can do more, but two hundred seventeen is just about the limit for the tires.
Like other Brabus vehicles, the eight hundred fifty 6.0 Biturbo Coupe wears a bodykit that some will think is just right while others will consider too noisy, visually. The visible exterior upgrades are actually on the milder side when it comes to latest tuned Mercedes-Benz cars, and for the most part they are demanded by aerodynamic requirements; the front and rear fascias as well as the sideskirts and the hardly noticeable integrated spoiler lip on the trunk lid have all been designed to improve airflow rather than to draw looks in traffic. But the eight hundred fifty 6.0 Biturbo Coupe will have no trouble standing out in the crowd with its 21-inch forged wheels finished in a Shadow Golf Chrome color.

The tuning house hasn’t left the interior without upgrades, retrimming the seats, dashboard, and door panels in soft Mastik leather, while retrimming the headliner in Alcantara, with the seats also receiving copper-colored seams and contrasting piping. In fact, all of the interior switches and accents that were originally finished in traditional Mercedes-Benz silver were refinished in the same Shadow Gold tone as the wheels
We’ll have to wait until the commence of the Geneva motor showcase to see how it looks in person, and also to find out just how much Brabus will be asking for one of these.
