On June 29, BMW launched the all-new five Series in India at a embarking price of Rs 49.9 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi). It is available in four trim levels 520d SportLine, 520d LuxuryLine, 530i SportLine and 530d M Sport. Prices for these variants are Rs 49.9 lakh, Rs 53.6 lakh, Rs 49.9 lakh and Rs 61.Three lakh respectively.
Courtesy of the fresh platform, which has enhanced the use of aluminium and high-strength steel, the fresh five Series is lighter by up to 70kg as opposed to the previous model. Further, it also borrows its design cues and features from BMW’s flagship sedan, the seven Series.
The India-spec two thousand seventeen Five Series is suggested with three engine options: 520d (Two.0-litre 4-cylinder diesel, 190PS/400Nm), 530d (Three.0-litre 6-cylinder diesel, 265PS/620Nm) and 530i (Two.0-litre four-cylinder petrol, 252PS/350Nm). Specs
